Programme Overview

The FSc Pre-Medical program at CAS – Centre of Excellence in Advanced Studies is a comprehensive two-year intermediate program designed for students who aspire to build a successful future in medicine, healthcare and life sciences.

The program provides a strong academic foundation in Biology, Chemistry and Physics, supported by experienced faculty, conceptual learning and a focused academic environment. Eligibility

Students applying for FSc Pre-Medical should have:

  • Completed Matriculation / SSC or an equivalent qualification.
  • Studied a suitable science-based curriculum at the secondary level.
  • A strong academic interest in Biology and medical sciences.
  • A commitment to consistent study, conceptual learning and academic excellence.

Final admission requirements and merit criteria may be determined according to the applicable CAS and relevant board policies

Program Duration

The program is divided into:

  • FSc Part-I / First Year
  • FSc Part-II / Second Year

The curriculum follows the relevant requirements for intermediate education and board examinations. CAS is affiliated with the Federal Board for Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) for its intermediate offerings, including FSc Pre-Medical.
